Available now in our stores in LiÃĻge and Bruxelles, as well as for online purchases, this warranty applies to all electric bikes equipped with a Bosch or Shimano motor.

All electric bikes already benefit from a standard warranty on their components. At KAMEO Bikes, we decided to go one step further.

We now offer a free warranty extension up to 5 years for electric bikes equipped with Bosch or Shimano motors, provided that a regular maintenance program is followed in our workshops.

The extended warranty is based on a simple principle: a regularly maintained bike remains a reliable bike.

1. Maintenance program

• First service between 3 and 6 months after purchase (or max. 1,000 km)
• Then one service per year in one of our workshops

2. Normal use of the bike

The warranty does not apply:

• in case of competitive use
• if the battery is stored or used improperly

Cyclists are also expected to inform KAMEO Bikes quickly if a problem occurs.

3. Maintenance at KAMEO Bikes

To ensure proper follow-up, maintenance must be carried out at KAMEO Bikes workshops.

4. Mileage limit

The warranty remains valid until 5,000 km per year, or 25,000 km in total. Beyond this mileage, the warranty expires.
