The Liv Avow Advanced SL is Liv's top-tier women's triathlon and time trial bike, built around an Advanced SL-grade carbon frame — the brand's finest construction, combining Continuous Fiber Technology, Carbon Nanotube Technology resin and the Fusion Process. The result is a frame that transfers power with minimal flex while keeping weight firmly in check. Wind tunnel and CFD-optimised tube profiles reduce aerodynamic drag, and the integrated cockpit — a base bar and stem combination with Sync aero rest set — holds your position mile after mile.

Shifting is handled by SRAM Rival eTap AXS, a fully wireless 12-speed electronic groupset. The wide-range cassette (10–36 teeth) handles flat race courses and hillier routes alike, while wireless technology keeps the front end uncluttered. The double chainring crankset (35/48) includes a built-in power meter, giving you direct, real-time feedback on your effort — essential for pacing a triathlon bike leg or a structured training session.

The Giant SLR 2 50mm carbon wheels are paired with Giant Gavia Course 1 tubeless tyres in 700x25c. The 50mm rim depth provides meaningful aerodynamic benefit at triathlon speeds, while tubeless setup lowers rolling resistance and eliminates the risk of sudden flats. SRAM hydraulic disc brakes with 160/140mm PaceLine rotors deliver reliable, modulated stopping power in any conditions.

The Avow Advanced SL is built with practical details that matter on race day: an integrated frame hydration reservoir (700 ml for XS/S, 850 ml for M) with a straw and a top tube bento box for nutrition. The Avow composite seatpost offers 4 offset positions across a 51mm range for precise saddle placement, and crank lengths are shorter on XS/S sizes (160mm) to suit a wider range of rider proportions.
