Moustache Bikes Clutch 160.9

The Moustache Clutch 160.9 is an enduro e-MTB built for riders who want to push technical terrain without spending weekends on maintenance. The 6061 T4-T6 aluminium frame integrates both the 780 Wh battery and the Pinion MGU E1.12 motor in a clean, low-profile package that keeps the centre of gravity where it belongs — low and centred.

The Pinion E1.12 drivetrain combines a 12-speed gearbox and electric motor (85 Nm, 600 W peak) into a single sealed unit at the bottom bracket. There's no exposed derailleur to bend on a rock, and the Gates CDX Carbon Drive belt needs no grease and virtually no attention between rides. Auto Shift Pro mode selects the right gear automatically so you can focus on the trail ahead. Ride data is displayed on the FIT Master Node Display, a colour screen integrated flush into the top tube.

The suspension uses Moustache's 4-bar "Magic" linkage geometry, pairing a RockShox Vivid Ultimate rear shock (160 mm, Moustache-specific tune) with a RockShox ZEB Ultimate fork (170 mm, external high/low-speed compression and rebound adjustment). Wheels follow a Mullet configuration — 29" up front for tracking stability, 27.5" at the rear for sharper cornering — built on Mavic XM1030 Maxtal tubeless rims and wrapped in Maxxis Assegai 2.5" 3C MaxxGrip DoubleDown tyres.

The KS Lev Integra dropper post (up to 200 mm of drop in XL) clears the way for a more aggressive descending position at the press of a lever. Geometry is consistent across all four sizes (S, M, L, XL) with 450 mm chainstays and a 64.2° head angle designed for high-speed confidence. Frame warranty: 5 years.
