Since March 2025, we have handled 219 bike rentals at our Liège shop. Until now, bookings went through an external tool, and every rental had to be copied into our systems by hand.
Not any more: KAMEO now rents its bikes through E-Key, its own booking platform. Pick a bike and your dates, accept the terms, add accessories and pay online, in a few minutes.

How a rental works
Five steps, from choosing the bike to bringing it back.
1. Choose the bike, the start date and the return date. Only bikes free for that period are shown.
2. Accept the rental terms by ticking a box. The full document is available as a PDF.
3. Add accessories if you like. Their price is added to the booking.
4. Pay online. You get the confirmation by e-mail, and the invoice follows automatically.
5. Collect your bike at the shop during opening hours. If the shop is closed at your pick-up time, E-Key sends you to our key locker and tells you so.

A speed pedelec: assistance up to 45 km/h. It is registered, and you need an AM or B licence and a helmet to ride it.
A light electric gravel bike, to leave the tarmac without wearing yourself out on the climbs.

An electric longtail: an extended rack to carry children or a big shop.

Do I need to create an account?
No. You book as a guest: your contact details are enough.
When do I pay?
When you book, online. The invoice is sent to you automatically.
What if I arrive when the shop is closed?
E-Key knows our opening hours. Outside them, it sends you to the key locker and tells you before you book.
Can I rent the speed pedelec?
Yes, but it goes up to 45 km/h: you need an AM or B licence and a helmet, as for any speed pedelec in Belgium.
