Process for making shared bikes available
We organize a meeting to understand your needs but also to check what infrastructure you currently have.
We organize with you an internal survey to qualify the demand from your employees, whether it's the number or type (MTB, city, etc.) of bikes.
Once all parameters are identified, we formulate an offer taking into account all the previous elements.

Management system
In addition to leased bikes, we provide you with an interface to manage all interactions between your users.
No more working with an Excel sheet to know which user takes the bike, our management system allows you to configure usage conditions, add users or even extract usage statistics!
Connected terminal
The user makes a reservation on our application. He receives a code that allows him to retrieve the bike keys.
The user can enter the code on the terminal, allowing him to retrieve the key of the retrieved bike and only that one.
The cyclist can use the bike thanks to the keys (bike and padlock) retrieved.
At the end of the reservation, the user comes to scan the keys at the terminal to replace them securely.
Infrastructure
