The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Conway Cairon C 4.0 B is an electric SUV bike built around everyday practicality. The step-through aluminium wave frame makes mounting and dismounting effortless, and the bike is available in sizes S through XL to suit a wide range of riders. The adjustable Satori stem lets each rider dial in their preferred riding position.

The Bosch Performance Line PX mid-drive motor produces 90 Nm of torque, providing natural, responsive support from the first pedal stroke — whether you're climbing a hill, battling a headwind, or carrying a load. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery sits neatly inside the frame, keeping the bike's weight centred and its silhouette clean. Everything is managed through the Bosch Kiox 300 colour display, part of the Bosch Smart System ecosystem.

The Gates CDX belt drive paired with the Shimano Nexus SG-C7000-5D internal 5-speed hub eliminates the usual chain maintenance: no oil, no rust, no skipped gears. Gear changes are made via the Shimano Revoshift twist shifter, either rolling or at a standstill. Schwalbe Smart Sam 27.5" tyres (60-584) handle varied surfaces, supported by the Suntour XCM34 fork with 120 mm of travel.

Standard equipment covers the practical bases: Conway MIK rear rack with spring clip, Curana Apollo 75 mudguards, battery-powered Contec Prisma 90 E+ front light, Contec Z-Stripe rear light, and an Ursus Mooi Plus kickstand. Maximum system weight is rated at 140 kg.

With 800 Wh of capacity, it pushes the limits of every outing — whether it's a long commute, a weekend getaway or a multi-day wilderness adventure. Integrated directly into the frame tube, the PowerTube disappears into the silhouette of the bike for a clean aesthetic and optimal protection against shocks and bad weather. Light for its capacity, it recharges quickly and pairs perfectly with all Bosch Smart System motors for intelligent energy management in real time.

Bosch Kiox 300

Information, without compromise. The Bosch Kiox 300 is the connected screen that strikes the right balance between readability, compactness and functionality. Mounted on the handlebars, it displays all the essential data of your ride on a clear and readable backlit screen - even in direct sunlight - without cluttering the cockpit. Connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it provides access to software updates, personalization of riding modes and detailed monitoring of your performance. Easy to use, it is aimed at both urban cyclists and demanding hikers who want to keep an eye on their data without complicating their lives.
