Description
The Cube Aim SLT is a hardtail mountain bike built for riders who want proper trail performance without stepping up to a full-suspension price tag. The double-butted Aluminium Lite frame removes material where it isn't needed and keeps it where it matters, striking a balance between weight and stiffness. The tapered head tube sharpens steering precision, and internal cable routing keeps everything neat and protected.
Shifting duties are handled by the Shimano XT RD-M8200 12-speed derailleur with ShadowPlus technology, which reduces chain slap and noise on rough terrain. Paired with an ACID MTB Pro 32T single chainring, the 10-51T cassette gives you a wide enough gear range to spin up long climbs and still push a comfortable gear on flat fire roads. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes (160/160 mm rotors) provide consistent, controllable stopping power whether it's dry or wet.
The SR Suntour XCM Disc Air fork offers 100 mm of travel and a remote lockout lever on the handlebar – lock it out on climbs to keep your pedalling energy going forward, open it up on the descents to let the fork do its job. Tyres are Schwalbe Racing Ray up front and Racing Ralph at the rear, both in 2.25", mounted on ACID EX25 tubeless-ready rims with a Boost 15 mm front axle. Sizes XS and S run 27.5" wheels; M through XL roll on 29" for improved rollover capability.
The Cube Aim SLT comes in soot'n'black, in sizes XS to XL, weighs 15 kg and takes a maximum rider weight of 100 kg.
