Description
The Cube Kathmandu Hybrid Deluxe EXC 800 is an electric bike built around real-world riding. Its Easy Entry Superlite aluminium frame makes getting on and off straightforward, and the Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery sits fully integrated inside the down tube — protected, balanced and out of sight. Navigation and ride data are displayed on the Bosch Kiox 500, a clean handlebar-mounted screen that gives you everything you need at a glance.
Instead of a traditional derailleur and chain, the Kathmandu Hybrid Deluxe EXC 800 uses an automatic hub gear system paired with a Gates belt drive. The result: no greasy chain, no gear indexing, no seasonal adjustments. Just ride. When it comes to stopping, the Shimano BR-MT420 hydraulic disc brakes with ABS prevent the wheels from locking up during emergency braking — a genuine safety benefit on wet roads or slippery surfaces.
The RockShox air suspension fork with 100 mm of travel takes the edge off rough urban terrain and light gravel tracks, keeping your hands comfortable on the bars. The IC 3.0 integrated carrier is engineered as part of the frame itself, so fitting compatible bags or a child seat requires no extra adapters.
