The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Cube Kathmandu Hybrid Deluxe SLX 800 is a capable electric bike designed for riders who use their bike seriously — daily commuting, weekend trips, or mixed urban and trail riding. The Bosch Performance Line CX motor produces up to 100 Nm of torque, meaning it responds strongly when you need it most: on steep hills, at traffic lights or when carrying luggage.

Power comes from a Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery integrated neatly into the frame, keeping the bike's profile clean and the weight centred. Navigation and live tracking are handled by the built-in Bosch ConnectModule, while the Bosch Kiox 500 display gives you a clear readout of speed, range and assist level at a glance.

The Enviolo automatic hub gear system paired with a Gates carbon belt drive removes the need for chain lubrication and derailleur maintenance entirely — gears shift smoothly even when stationary, making stop-start urban riding noticeably easier. Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes with 4-piston calipers and ABS (203/203 mm) provide progressive, reliable braking regardless of weather. The Fox 34 Float AWL suspension fork with 100 mm of travel takes care of road imperfections and loose surfaces without requiring any conscious effort from the rider.

The Easy Entry aluminium frame with integrated cable routing is available in five sizes from XS to XL, and the bike ships fully equipped: integrated lighting, mudguards, an IC 3.0 integrated carrier, kickstand, adjustable stem and a parallelogram suspension seatpost for added comfort over longer distances.

The screen for those who want to see everything. The Bosch Kiox 500 is the advanced version of the Kiox range — a larger, brighter and more comprehensive connected display, designed for cyclists who want to access all of their riding data without taking out their smartphone. Its enlarged display offers optimal readability in all conditions, whether in the middle of the forest or in full urban sunshine. Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place. A clear interface, careful ergonomics and exemplary responsiveness - the Kiox 500 is the reference screen for long and demanding outings.

Fox 34 Float AWL, 2-Position Sweep-Adjust RAIL Damper, Tapered, 15x110mm, E-Bike Optimized, 100mm

The fork designed for city and road e-bikes. The Fox 34 Float AWL with RAIL Damper 2-position Sweep-Adjust shock absorber is a fork specially designed to meet the particular requirements of electric bicycles — higher mass, high torques, intensive use. With 100mm of travel, it is optimized for electric trekking bikes, electric gravel bikes and assisted urban bikes, where comfort and control take precedence over pure trail performance. The RAIL Damper system with 2-position Sweep-Adjust allows you to easily switch between a soft open position for uneven paths and a firmer position for smooth roads — a quick, intuitive adjustment that maximizes pedaling efficiency. The E-Bike Optimized designation means that the fork has been reinforced and recalibrated to support the additional weight and specific constraints of everyday e-bikes.
