Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Cube Kathmandu Hybrid ONE 800 is an electric bike built around real-world daily use. The Bosch Performance CX motor (100 Nm) delivers strong, well-dosed assistance that feels natural rather than abrupt, even under load or on steep climbs. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery, cleanly integrated into the downtube, provides enough capacity to cover several days of riding between charges. Charging is handled by the included Bosch compact charger.
