Description
The Cube Kathmandu Hybrid ONE11 HPC SLX 800 is a full suspension electric trekking bike built for riders who move between city streets and unpaved paths without hesitation. The front triangle is crafted from High Performance Carbon (HPC) for a stiff, efficient platform, while the 6061 T6 aluminium rear triangle adds durability and keeps the overall weight in check.
The drivetrain centres on the Bosch Performance Line CX (Gen 5) motor — up to 120 Nm of torque available through the Bosch Flow app — paired with the Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery tucked neatly inside the down tube. The Bosch Kiox 500 display sits cleanly on the handlebar, giving you navigation, assistance level and ride data at a glance.
Full suspension means real-world comfort: the RockShox Psylo Gold RC fork (100 mm travel) and RockShox Deluxe Select+ rear shock work together to absorb the bumps that would otherwise reach your hands and back. Shimano XT 1x12 gearing handles everything from flat urban stretches to steep gravel climbs, and the Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent, modulated stopping power regardless of conditions. Newmen Performance 30 Tubeless Ready wheels wrapped in Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency 55-622 tyres roll efficiently on tarmac while holding their own on looser surfaces.
The Kathmandu SLX 800 ships ready to use: integrated IC 3.0 rear rack, mudguards and lighting are all included, and the CUBE Dropper Post seatpost lets you adjust saddle height on the move.
