Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Cube Kathmandu Hybrid Pro 800 is an aluminium diamond-frame trekking e-bike designed for riders who want one bike for the daily commute, the loaded weekend tour and everything in between. Its sportier geometry — compared to the step-through version — keeps handling sharp without sacrificing comfort over long distances.

The Bosch Performance CX motor (BDU38, 120 Nm) sits at the heart of the drivetrain, providing smooth, powerful assistance up to 25 km/h. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery is neatly integrated into the downtube, keeping the silhouette clean while delivering enough range to cover several days of riding between charges. The included Bosch 2A charger handles refuelling at home or at the office.

The Shimano XT ShadowPlus 12-speed rear derailleur paired with a Shimano Deore CS-M6100 cassette (10-51T) gives you a wide gear range that handles steep gradients just as easily as flat urban stretches. Shimano BR-MT420 hydraulic disc brakes with 4-piston callipers and 180 mm rotors front and rear deliver consistent, modulated stopping power whether you're carrying luggage or riding in wet conditions.

The bike ships complete with an ACID Integrated Carrier 3.0 rack compatible with Cube accessories, integrated mudguards, battery-powered front and rear lights, kickstand, pedals and a frame lock. Bosch Kiox 500

The Bosch Kiox 500 is the advanced version of the Kiox range — a larger, brighter and more comprehensive connected display, designed for cyclists who want to access all of their riding data without taking out their smartphone. Its enlarged display offers optimal readability in all conditions, whether in the middle of the forest or in full urban sunshine. Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place. A clear interface, careful ergonomics and exemplary responsiveness - the Kiox 500 is the reference screen for long and demanding outings.

Shimano XT RD-M8100-SGS, ShadowPlus, 12-Speed

The trail reference. The Shimano XT RD-M8100-SGS rear derailleur is the culmination of decades of Shimano expertise applied to the most demanding terrain. Robust, precise and remarkably quiet, it stands out as the natural choice for riders who make no compromise on the quality of their transmission. ShadowPlus technology reduces chain oscillation on bumpy terrain thanks to an adjustable friction system on the tread — less noise, less chain skipping, more concentration on riding. The SGS (Super Extra Long) version offers the maximum yoke capacity to absorb the entire development range of the widest 12-speed cassettes, up to 51 teeth.

SR Suntour NX1-32 LO Air, Tapered, 15x110mm, 100mm

Accessible suspension that doesn't compromise on comfort. The SR Suntour NX1-32 LO Air fork is a solid entry into the world of air spring forks, designed for trekking bikes, VTCs and urban bikes that regularly venture off-road. With 100 mm of travel, it effectively absorbs everyday irregularities – cobblestones, dirt roads, roots – for significantly greater driving comfort than a rigid fork. The air spring allows simple adjustment of the preload according to the rider's weight, for a response always adapted to the body shape and riding style. The LO (Lockout) system allows you to lock the fork with a single press to maximize pedaling efficiency on smooth roads. The Tapered pivot and the 15x110mm thru axle provide rigidity and steering precision well above what is expected at this level of the range.
