Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Cube Kathmandu Hybrid Pro 800 is a trekking e-bike built for long explorations, whether for daily riding or touring. Its Aluminium Superlite frame with Efficient Comfort Geometry fully integrates the Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery in the down tube, with internal cable routing through the headset, a UDH dropout and a Boost148 rear axle.

Assistance comes from the Bosch Performance Line CX (BDU38) motor, up to 120 Nm, controlled by the Bosch Kiox 500 colour display and the LED Remote. The Shimano XT 1x12 drivetrain (RD-M8200 derailleur, Deore SL-M6210 shifter, Deore 10-51T cassette, ACID 40T chainring) delivers a wide gear range for climbing with a load as well as for riding fast on the flat. Stopping power comes from Shimano BR-MT420 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors front and rear.

For comfort, the RockShox Recon Silver RL Air fork provides 100 mm of travel, complemented by the SR Suntour NVX seatpost, the ACID Sequence 180 Pro saddle and an adjustable CUBE Comfort Stem Pro. The ACID SLX 25 Tubeless Ready wheels are fitted with Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency 55-622 tyres.

It comes fully equipped: integrated IC 3.0 carrier compatible with CUBE RILink, mudguards, ACID PRO-E 150 X-Connect front light and a rear light integrated into the mudguard, kickstand, bell and frame lock. Weight: 28.5 kg; maximum rider weight: 120 kg. Available in four sizes, from S (50 cm) to XL (62 cm), in smaragdgrey´n´black.

Uncompromising autonomy. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh is the battery that frees cyclists from the constraint of mileage. With 800 Wh of capacity, it pushes the limits of every outing — whether it's a long commute, a weekend getaway or a multi-day wilderness adventure. Integrated directly into the frame tube, the PowerTube disappears into the silhouette of the bike for a clean aesthetic and optimal protection against shocks and bad weather. Light for its capacity, it recharges quickly and pairs perfectly with all Bosch Smart System motors for intelligent energy management in real time.

Bosch Kiox 500

The screen for those who want to see everything. The Bosch Kiox 500 is the advanced version of the Kiox range — a larger, brighter and more comprehensive connected display, designed for cyclists who want to access all of their riding data without taking out their smartphone. Its enlarged display offers optimal readability in all conditions, whether in the middle of the forest or in full urban sunshine. Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place. A clear interface, careful ergonomics and exemplary responsiveness - the Kiox 500 is the reference screen for long and demanding outings.

Shimano Deore CS-M6100, 10-51T

The transmission that opens all horizons. The Shimano Deore CS-M6100 cassette in 10-51T is the versatile reference for cyclists who want to cover as much ground as possible without ever being caught off guard. With an exceptionally wide development range - from the small chainring for the steepest climbs to the large one for full-speed descents - it adapts to all terrain profiles and all levels of practice. Designed for Shimano Deore 12-speed transmissions, it combines lightness, shifting precision and proven durability. The profiled teeth and optimized shift ramps guarantee smooth and quiet gear changes, even under load – a quality usually found on much higher-end groupsets.
