Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Cube Kathmandu Hybrid SLT 800 is a versatile e-bike built for riders who use their bike every day — whether that means commuting through city traffic or exploring unpaved paths on the weekend. Its aluminium frame features an Efficient Comfort geometry that places you in a natural, upright position, with fully internal cable routing for a clean look and low-maintenance setup.

The Bosch Performance CX Gen 5 motor provides smooth, powerful assistance that responds to your pedalling effort rather than fighting it. Paired with the Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery — neatly integrated into the downtube — you can cover significant distances before needing a charge. The Bosch Kiox 500 display keeps key ride data within easy view and connects to the Bosch Flow app, where you can fine-tune your assistance settings.

Gear changes are handled by the Shimano XT Di2 12-speed electronic drivetrain: a light touch on the shifter is all it takes, even when you're carrying cargo or climbing a hill. Safety comes from Shimano XT hydraulic brakes with four pistons per wheel and ABS (203/203 mm rotors) — a real advantage on wet or loose surfaces. The Fox 34 Float AWL fork (100 mm travel) absorbs road and trail imperfections, while Newmen Performance 30 rims fitted with Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency Pro (55-622) tyres keep rolling resistance low over long distances.

The Bosch Kiox 500 is the advanced version of the Kiox range — a larger, brighter and more comprehensive connected display, designed for cyclists who want to access all of their riding data without taking out their smartphone. Its enlarged display offers optimal readability in all conditions, whether in the middle of the forest or in full urban sunshine. Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place. A clear interface, careful ergonomics and exemplary responsiveness - the Kiox 500 is the reference screen for long and demanding outings.

Shimano XT Di2 RD-M8260-SGS, 12-Speed, Electronic Shifting System

Electronic shifting conquers the trail. The Shimano A simple press of the button is enough for an instantaneous, silent and perfectly calibrated gear change, even in the middle of a recovery or on a chaotic section. The SGS (Super Extra Long) version offers the maximum screed capacity to cover the entire development range of the widest 12-speed cassettes. No more loose cables, no more misadjustments during outputs - the Di2 maintains absolute precision from the first to the last hour, without intervention. Fox 34 Float AWL, 2-Position Sweep-Adjust RAIL Damper, Tapered, 15x110mm, E-Bike Optimized, 100mm

The fork designed for city and road e-bikes. The Fox 34 Float AWL with RAIL Damper 2-position Sweep-Adjust shock absorber is a fork specially designed to meet the particular requirements of electric bicycles — higher mass, high torques, intensive use. With 100mm of travel, it is optimized for electric trekking bikes, electric gravel bikes and assisted urban bikes, where comfort and control take precedence over pure trail performance.
