The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place. Fox 34 Float AWL, 2-Position Sweep-Adjust RAIL Damper, Tapered, 15x110mm, E-Bike Optimized, 100mm

The fork designed for city and road e-bikes. The Fox 34 Float AWL with RAIL Damper 2-position Sweep-Adjust shock absorber is a fork specially designed to meet the particular requirements of electric bicycles — higher mass, high torques, intensive use. With 100mm of travel, it is optimized for electric trekking bikes, electric gravel bikes and assisted urban bikes, where comfort and control take precedence over pure trail performance.
