Description
The Cube Kathmandu ONE Trapeze is a city and light trail bike built for riders who want a dependable, fully equipped bicycle without the need to add accessories. The low-step trapeze frame in Superlite double-butted aluminium makes getting on and off effortless, which matters when you're stopping frequently throughout the day.
The Shimano Cues 2x9-speed drivetrain (46x30T crankset, 11-36T cassette) gives you a comfortable spread of gears for flat commutes and moderate climbs alike. Stopping is handled by Shimano BR-MT200/UR300 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors — they deliver consistent, modulated braking regardless of wet or dry conditions, making them a sensible choice for year-round urban riding.
Out of the box, the Kathmandu ONE comes with an Integrated Carrier 3.0 rack, ACID full-length mudguards, dynamo-powered front and rear lighting and a kickstand. The SR Suntour NEX HLO suspension fork (63 mm travel) takes the edge off cobblestones and gravel paths. Schwalbe Marathon Green 47 mm tyres provide solid flat protection — a practical choice for everyday use.
The bike also features a 12 mm rear thru-axle for precise wheel alignment. Available in sizes XS, S and M (46, 50 and 54 cm), it weighs 17.4 kg and takes a maximum rider weight of 100 kg.
