The Superlite double-butted aluminium frame in a classic diamond layout keeps the overall build light and stiff, while the RockShox Paragon Gold Air suspension fork (65 mm, remote lockout) takes the edge off rough urban surfaces and unpaved tracks — a genuine comfort upgrade over a rigid fork.

Shifting is handled by a Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain (40T chainring, 10-51T cassette) — a groupset borrowed from high-end mountain biking, offering a wide gear range that makes steep hills manageable and flat stretches efficient. Stopping power comes from Shimano Cues BR-U8000/U8010 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotors: progressive, powerful and consistent whether the roads are dry or wet.
