Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Its aluminium frame houses the latest Bosch Smart System components: the Bosch Performance CX Gen5 motor provides natural, responsive assistance across all conditions, powered by a high-capacity Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery integrated neatly into the downtube. The Bosch Kiox 500 display keeps your key ride data within easy reach at all times.

A Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain gives you a wide gear range for climbing or sprinting, while the Shimano XT 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes deliver consistent, reliable stopping power in wet or dry conditions. Up front, the Fox 34 AWL Sport fork with 100 mm of air suspension and a 15x110 mm thru-axle keeps rougher surfaces manageable without dulling the ride on smoother tarmac.

Every Nuride Hybrid EXC 800 ships with mudguards, integrated lighting, a semi-integrated SIC 2.1 rear rack, and a kickstand fitted as standard. The wide-section Schwalbe tyres (57 mm) add grip and stability across gravel, cobblestones and urban roads alike. Its enlarged display offers optimal readability in all conditions, whether in the middle of the forest or in full urban sunshine. Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place.
