Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Cube NUROAD HYBRID C:62 SLT 400X is a premium e-gravel bike built for riders who want to cover more ground — on road, gravel, or light off-road — without the fatigue of a traditional setup. The C:62 Advanced Twin Mold Technology carbon frame uses a Gravel Endurance geometry that strikes a balance between efficiency on tarmac and comfort on rougher surfaces.

The Bosch Performance Line SX motor is intentionally compact and lightweight, keeping the bike feeling closer to a regular gravel bike while still delivering meaningful assistance on climbs or into headwinds. The Bosch CompactTube 400 Wh battery sits neatly inside the downtube and is PowerMore-compatible, meaning you can clip on an extra 250 Wh range extender when needed. Control is handled by a discreet mini remote on the handlebar and an integrated display in the top tube.

The SRAM Force XPLR AXS E1 1x13 groupset is fully wireless — no gear cables to maintain or adjust. The 10-46T cassette gives you a wide range of gears to tackle steep climbs fully loaded or pick up speed on flat roads. Newmen Advanced SL carbon 700c wheels come Tubeless Ready, so you can run lower tyre pressures for better grip and fewer punctures. Continental Terra Speed 700x45c tyres round out the package with reliable all-terrain traction and reinforced puncture protection.

BOSCH "BRC3300", Mini Remote

Control at your fingertips. The Bosch Mini Remote BRC3300 is the ideal complement for cyclists who want to keep their hands on the handlebars in all circumstances. Additional control panel for bicycles equipped with the Bosch Smart System and System Controller, it extends the available functionalities while guaranteeing safe riding. Connected via Bluetooth to the System Controller, it mounts easily on the handlebars and places the buttons within immediate reach of the thumb. Its dual-function buttons allow you to manage assistance modes, lighting and walk assistance without ever taking your eyes off the handlebars.
