Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Cube Reaction Hybrid ONE 720 FE is a hardtail e-MTB built for riders who want to explore trails, forest paths and country roads without worrying about missing kit. The Bosch Performance Line CX motor delivers up to 120 Nm of torque through the Bosch Smart System platform, offering powerful and natural-feeling support whenever the gradient increases.

The Bosch PowerTube 720 Wh battery sits neatly inside the aluminium frame, keeping the bike's lines clean while protecting the battery from knocks. The Bosch Purion 200 display keeps key data — assistance level, range and speed — within easy reach without cluttering the cockpit.

The Easy Entry frame geometry features a lowered top tube, making it noticeably easier to mount and dismount, whether you're commuting or coming back tired from a longer ride. The SR Suntour XCM32 LO-R Air fork with 100 mm of travel handles rough ground with ease, while Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes (180/180 mm) provide reliable, progressive stopping power in all conditions. 27.5" wheels fitted with Schwalbe Smart Sam 2.6" tyres roll efficiently across mixed terrain, and the Shimano Deore 12-speed drivetrain covers every gradient you'll meet.
