Description
The Cube Touring Hybrid Deluxe SLX 800 is a fully equipped electric trekking bike built around reliable, low-hassle components. The Bosch Performance Line PX mid-drive motor delivers up to 90 Nm of torque — enough to handle loaded climbing and urban stop-start riding with ease, while still feeling natural and proportionate to your effort.
The combination of a Gates CDX belt drive and Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub is one of the most practical setups available for everyday cycling: no grease, no derailleur adjustments, and shifting that works even when stationary. The Shimano Revoshift twist grip makes gear changes effortless, even with gloves on. Power comes from the Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery, neatly housed inside the down tube, managed via the Bosch Intuvia 200 display.
Safety is covered by Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors at both ends — consistent and progressive braking regardless of weather. The SR Suntour NVX-32 LO air fork (100 mm travel) and suspension seatpost take care of vibration and smaller bumps, making long days in the saddle noticeably more comfortable, while Schwalbe Motion Big Apple 55-622 tyres add air volume — and therefore comfort — on broken surfaces.
The trapeze frame, with its sloping top tube, lowers the step-over height for easy mounting and dismounting — practical in everyday clothes or with panniers loaded. The semi-integrated ACID SIC 2.1 rear rack, mudguards and integrated lighting mean this bike is genuinely ready to ride from day one — no extra accessories required. Available in four sizes (XS to L).
