Description
The Cube Touring Hybrid Deluxe SLX 800 in greengranit'n'green is aimed at riders who use their bike every day and would rather not think about maintenance. At its centre, the Bosch Performance Line PX mid-drive motor delivers up to 90 Nm of torque — enough to pull away loaded at a traffic light or climb a hill on the way back from the shops without going into the red.
The Gates CDX belt paired with the Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub removes the usual chores: no chain to degrease, no derailleur to adjust, and gear changes that work even at a standstill — a genuine convenience in town. The Shimano Revoshift twist grip stays legible and easy to operate with gloves on. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery is integrated into the down tube and managed from the Bosch Intuvia 200 display.
The Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes (180 mm front and rear) provide consistent, progressive braking whatever the weather. Comfort comes from the SR Suntour NVX-32 LO air fork (100 mm travel), a suspension seatpost, and Schwalbe Motion Big Apple 55-622 tyres whose air volume smooths out cobbles and hard-packed trails.
The trapeze frame, with its sloping top tube, lowers the step-over height so getting on and off takes no effort. A semi-integrated ACID SIC 2.1 rear rack, mudguards and lighting are fitted as standard: the bike is usable exactly as delivered. Available in four sizes (XS to L).
