Description
The Giant TCR Advanced Pro 0 AXS is a road bike built around a clear purpose: give serious cyclists a high-performance platform where every component earns its place. The Advanced-Grade Composite frame uses a 12x142mm thru-axle and disc brakes, combining pedalling stiffness with consistent braking performance in wet or dry conditions.
The SRAM Force AXS wireless groupset removes derailleur cables from the equation entirely. Shifts are triggered electronically, meaning adjustments stay accurate over thousands of kilometres without manual cable tensioning. The 12-speed, 10-36 cassette provides a broad range of gearing suited to both flat roads and longer climbs. The Quarq power meter, built into the crankset, sends live wattage data to any ANT+/Bluetooth head unit — a meaningful tool for training with precision.
Wheels are the Giant SLR 0 40 Carbon Disc, a 40mm full-carbon tubeless wheelset paired with Cadex Race GC 700x28C tubeless tyres. Running tubeless means lower tyre pressure for better comfort and grip, with a dramatically reduced risk of pinch flats. Giant's Low Friction hubs with 40-tooth ratchet engagement deliver snappy power transfer when accelerating out of corners.
The carbon Giant Contact SLR handlebar and composite Variant seatpost keep weight in check while maintaining comfort on longer rides. All cables and wiring route internally through the Advanced SL-Grade Composite fork and OverDrive Aero steerer, creating a tidy aerodynamic profile that also ages well visually.
