Description
The Liv Pique Advanced 29 2 is a women's cross-country full suspension mountain bike built for riders who want to push harder on technical trails without carrying unnecessary weight. The Advanced-grade composite carbon frame uses FlexPoint Pro linkage-driven single-pivot suspension with 115 mm of rear travel — enough to smooth out roots, rocks and sharp edges while keeping the bike efficient on climbs.
Up front, the Fox 34 Float SC Performance Remote fork delivers 120 mm of travel with a GRIP damper and a 3-position remote lockout. The Fox Float SL Performance Elite rear shock has been custom-tuned by Liv to match the frame's specific flex characteristics. Together, they give the bike a planted feel in corners and a fast, direct response when you're pushing the pace. The 29-inch wheels roll over obstacles with ease and maintain momentum on longer descents.
Shifting duties go to a full Shimano XT M8100 1x12 setup with an SLX 10-51t cassette — a wide enough range to spin up the steepest climbs and sprint on flatter sections. Shimano SLX M7100 hydraulic brakes with 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotors give you progressive, controlled braking in all conditions. The Fizik Vento Argo R5 saddle and the integrated Giant Contact Switch AT dropper post round out a spec list that's ready to ride hard from day one.
Practical details: the frame is tubeless prepared, fitted with a Giant MRP custom chain guide, 3M downtube protection and full internal cable routing. A 760 mm alloy handlebar and a size-specific stem keep the riding position dialled in whether you're on an XS or an L.
