The Moustache Clutch 160.8 2027 is an all-mountain and enduro e-MTB built around one clear idea: spend more time riding, less time maintaining. The aluminium 6061 T4-T6 frame integrates a Moustache 780 Wh battery cleanly, keeping weight centred and the silhouette clean. With 160 mm of rear travel and a geometry tuned for aggressive terrain, this is a bike designed to be ridden hard.

At the heart of the drivetrain sits the Pinion MGU — a motor-gearbox unit that combines an 85–160 Nm electric motor with an integrated 12-speed gearbox in a single sealed housing. Because there is no external derailleur, there is nothing to knock out of alignment on a rocky trail. Shifting is possible even at a standstill, and the Gates CDX Carbon Drive belt transmission means no chain grease on your legs and no corrosion to fight. Shifting is controlled through the Pinion TE1 E-Trigger lever on the handlebar.

Suspension duties are handled by a RockShox ZEB Select fork with DebonAir+ air spring and 170 mm of travel, paired with a RockShox Vivid Select rear shock (Moustache-tuned, 160 mm travel). Braking is provided by Magura MT5 four-piston calipers running 203 mm MDR-C rotors front and rear — precise and powerful when it counts most. The mullet wheel configuration (29" front, 27.5" rear) improves high-speed tracking while keeping the rear end nimble through tight switchbacks.

Available in British Green mat, in sizes S through XL (riders from 1.55 m to 2.03 m), with a maximum system weight of 150 kg. Frame and fork carry a 5-year warranty; motor and battery are covered for 2 years. A pre-routed front light cable (Supernova compatible) and an integrated light signature on the seatpost collar come standard.
