Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache J-All 625 Wh is a full-suspension electric bike designed for riders who want to explore mixed terrain — gravel paths, forest tracks, urban commutes — without carrying a toolkit or worrying about maintenance. The aluminium frame (AlSi10Mg T6) is gravity-cast in a single piece at a foundry in the south of France, giving it a weld-free finish and excellent structural integrity.

Power comes from a Bosch Performance Line motor (75 Nm), a reliable mid-drive unit that delivers smooth, proportional assistance across four modes: Eco, Tour, Auto and Turbo. The Bosch Kiox 500 colour display keeps battery level, speed and range clearly in view. The integrated Bosch PowerTube 625 Wh battery charges in place — just plug in when you get home.

The Enviolo continuously variable transmission paired with a Gates CDX belt drive is a genuine game-changer for everyday riding. There are no discrete gears to click through — you simply twist the ergonomic grip to find the exact resistance you want, even while stationary. With no chain to lube and no derailleur to tune, servicing intervals are much longer than a conventional drivetrain. Stopping power is handled by Alhonga HJ-472 hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear.

The SR Suntour XCR 34 Air Boost fork (120 mm travel) and Moustache Magic Grip Control 115 rear shock (115 mm, two-position lever) work together to keep the wheels tracking the ground and your hands comfortable. Schwalbe Johnny Watts 27.5" × 2.60 tyres add grip on loose or wet surfaces. Available in S, M and L.

The Bosch Kiox 500 is the advanced version of the Kiox range — a larger, brighter and more comprehensive connected display, designed for cyclists who want to access all of their riding data without taking out their smartphone. Its enlarged display offers optimal readability in all conditions, whether in the middle of the forest or in full urban sunshine. Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place. A clear interface, careful ergonomics and exemplary responsiveness - the Kiox 500 is the reference screen for long and demanding outings.
