The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Lundi 27.3 is an urban electric bike designed to handle daily commuting without fuss. Its low step-over aluminium 6061 frame makes mounting and dismounting easy in city traffic, while the Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh battery sits integrated vertically inside the frame — protected, out of sight, and locked with the same key as the frame lock.

The Bosch Performance Line Smart System motor (75 Nm) provides smooth, progressive assistance up to 25 km/h, paired with the Bosch Kiox 300 display for real-time speed, range, and ride data at a glance. The Shimano Deore 10-speed drivetrain ensures clean gear shifts whether you're loaded up with shopping or riding light.

Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5" tyres (62 mm section) with puncture protection offer grip on wet asphalt and soak up vibrations from rough surfaces — working in tandem with the 40 mm suspended seatpost. The rear rack accepts MIK HD and QL3 compatible panniers and accessories, with a maximum total load of 150 kg. The aluminium fork includes cable routing and mounts for a front rack if you need extra carrying capacity.

The AXA Block XXL frame lock is built into the frame and shares its key with the battery — a small but genuinely useful detail that removes one item from your mental checklist every time you park up.
