Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Lundi 27.3 is an electric city bike designed around the realities of urban commuting. Its 6061 aluminium step-through frame makes it easy to get on and off — a genuine advantage when you're stopping frequently or riding in everyday clothes. The Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh battery sits vertically inside the frame, keeping the bike's profile clean and protecting the battery from knocks and weather.

Power comes from a Bosch Performance Line Smart System motor producing 75 Nm of torque — enough to pull away decisively at junctions or climb without effort. The Shimano Deore 10-speed drivetrain (11-36 cassette) gives you a wide range of gears to match your pace to the terrain, whether you're on flat city streets or tackling a longer route with some elevation. The Bosch Kiox 300 connected display shows your speed, assistance mode, remaining battery and ride data at a glance.

The Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes deliver consistent, modulated stopping power in dry or wet conditions. Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5 x 2.40" tyres roll smoothly over urban surfaces and handle light imperfections without drama. A suspended seatpost with 40 mm of travel takes the edge off cobblestones and rougher road surfaces. The aluminium rear rack, compatible with MIK HD and QL3 systems, handles loads up to 27 kg, and the fork includes mounting points for a front rack as well.

With a maximum total load of 150 kg, the Lundi 27.3 is equally at home on a daily work commute, a grocery run, or a relaxed weekend ride around the city.
