The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Lundi 27.4 is an electric city bike designed around the realities of everyday urban riding. Its 6061 T4-T6 aluminium frame uses hydroformed and triple-cavity extruded tubes for a solid yet lightweight structure, and the low step-over design makes getting on and off easy in any outfit. The Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh battery sits vertically inside the frame, keeping the bike balanced and visually tidy with no external battery pack.

Power comes from the Bosch Performance Line motor (75 Nm), part of Bosch's Smart System ecosystem. This means it connects seamlessly with the Bosch Kiox 300 display and the eBike Flow app — giving you software updates, ride tracking and customisable assist levels. The Shimano Nexus 5-speed internally geared hub pairs well with this setup: it shifts even when stationary and requires far less upkeep than a traditional derailleur, making it a practical choice for year-round commuting.

Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with a 180 mm front rotor and 160 mm rear rotor provide consistent, modulated braking regardless of rain or shine. The 27.5" wheels run Schwalbe Super Moto-X tyres in a wide 2.40" section, smoothing out rough urban surfaces while maintaining grip on wet roads. The aluminium fork features integrated cable routing and mounts for an optional front rack compatible with MIK accessories. Maximum load capacity is 150 kg.

Mounted on the handlebars, it displays all the essential data of your ride on a clear and readable backlit screen - even in direct sunlight - without cluttering the cockpit. Connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it provides access to software updates, personalization of riding modes and detailed monitoring of your performance. Easy to use, it is aimed at both urban cyclists and demanding hikers who want to keep an eye on their data without complicating their lives.
