Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Lundi 27.6 is built around a low-step 6061 aluminium frame with triple-cavity hydroformed tubing — a construction that keeps the bike rigid where it needs to be while making it easy to mount and dismount. The Bosch PowerTube 625 Wh battery sits vertically inside the downtube, keeping the silhouette clean and the weight centred low.

Power comes from the Bosch Performance Line Gen 4 motor (75 Nm), controlled through the Bosch Kiox 300 colour display. Four assistance modes — Eco, Tour, Auto and Turbo — let you dial in exactly how much help you want. Auto mode continuously adapts to your effort and the gradient, which makes it particularly practical in stop-and-go urban traffic.

The drivetrain pairs an Enviolo continuously variable hub with a Gates CDX carbon belt. There is nothing to lube, nothing to adjust, and you can shift at any speed — including a complete stop. The rear rack supports QL3 and MIK HD accessories and is approved for a child seat. The AXA Block XXL frame lock is already built into the frame, so securing the bike takes one flick of the wrist.

A suspended seatpost (40 mm travel) and wide Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5" x 2.40" tyres handle cobblestones and kerbs without the extra weight of a suspension fork. The frame and fork carry a 5-year warranty; the Bosch motor and battery are covered for 2 years.

Connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it provides access to software updates, personalization of riding modes and detailed monitoring of your performance.
