Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Lundi 27.6 – 625 Wh is a city e-bike built for people who want to ride every day without thinking about maintenance. Its hydroformed 6061 aluminium frame houses a Bosch PowerTube 625 Wh battery inside the downtube, keeping the silhouette clean and the centre of gravity low for a more stable, confident ride.

The Bosch Performance Line motor (75 Nm) provides smooth, responsive assistance up to 25 km/h. The Bosch Kiox 300 display puts all the key data on a colour screen and includes GPS navigation — useful for exploring new routes without reaching for your phone. Motor mode selection is handled by the Bosch LED Remote mounted on the handlebar.

The drivetrain is where the Lundi 27.6 really stands out. A Gates CDX carbon belt replaces the conventional chain: it stays clean, runs quietly, and never needs lubricating. Paired with the Enviolo City TR continuously variable hub, the twist-grip shifter lets you change ratio smoothly at any speed — including at a standstill, making stop-start city riding genuinely pleasant.

Practical details round out the package: Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, wide Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27,5 x 2.40" tyres for comfort on imperfect surfaces, a frame-integrated AXA Block XXL lock (sharing the same key as the battery), and a rear rack capable of carrying up to 27 kg. Frame and fork are covered by a 5-year warranty; motor and battery by 2 years.
