Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Lundi 27.6 – 625 Wh is an electric city bike designed for riders who commute daily and need a machine they can rely on. The Bosch Performance Line Gen 4 motor (75 Nm) provides strong, responsive assistance from the first pedal stroke — whether you're climbing a hill with a loaded rack or accelerating through city traffic. Four assistance modes (Eco, Tour, Auto, Turbo) let you match the support to your needs, and the Bosch Kiox 300 display keeps key data within easy reach.

The Bosch PowerTube 625 Wh battery sits neatly inside the 6061 aluminium frame, fully integrated and protected from everyday knocks. Under favourable conditions, it covers up to 146 km — enough to forget about charging for most working weeks. The low-step frame geometry makes it accessible to a wide range of riders (5'2" to 6'3"), and the hydroformed triple-chamber tubing keeps the whole structure stiff and durable over time.

The Gates CDX belt drive replaces the traditional chain with something cleaner and quieter: no lubrication needed, no rust, no grease on your clothes. Paired with the Enviolo continuously variable hub, shifting is smooth at any speed — even from a standstill at a red light. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes (180 mm front / 160 mm rear rotors) deliver consistent stopping power in wet or dry conditions, and the suspended seatpost takes the edge off rough road surfaces.
