The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Lundi 27.6 is an urban electric bike designed for everyday riders who need reliability, comfort and minimal upkeep. The low step-through aluminium 6061 frame with hydroformed tubes makes it easy to get on and off, while the Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh battery sits neatly inside the frame — protected and out of sight.

Power comes from the Bosch Performance Line motor (75 Nm), part of the Bosch Smart System ecosystem and manageable via the eBike Flow app. Paired with a Gates CDX belt drive and an Enviolo TR continuously variable hub, the drivetrain is virtually maintenance-free: no chain, no derailleur, and gear changes are possible even when stationary — ideal for stop-and-go city riding.

Comfort is addressed through a 40 mm suspended seatpost and Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5" x 2.40" tyres that cushion road imperfections without adding sluggishness to the steering. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes deliver consistent stopping power in all weather conditions.
