Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Lundi 27.6 is a complete urban e-bike built for everyday riders who want reliability without constant maintenance. The low step-through aluminium 6061 frame (T46) fits a wide range of body heights and makes getting on and off the bike simple. The Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh battery sits vertically inside the frame, keeping the silhouette clean and the battery protected.

Power comes from the Bosch Performance Line motor (Gen 4, 75 Nm), which provides smooth, responsive assistance up to 25 km/h. The Bosch Kiox 300 colour display shows speed, assistance level and range at a glance, and pairs with the eBike Flow app for over-the-air updates and navigation. Real-world range can reach up to 115 km under favourable conditions.

The Gates CDX belt drive combined with the Enviolo continuously variable hub replaces a traditional chain-and-derailleur system entirely. The result: no grease on your clothes, no skipped gears, and virtually no drivetrain maintenance. The Enviolo PURE twist shifter with its visual indicator lets you dial in the right gear even when stopped at traffic lights. Stopping power comes from Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes — 180 mm rotor up front, 160 mm at the rear.

The Lundi 27.6 ships fully equipped: integrated 30-lux front light and rear light both powered by the main battery, tubular aluminium mudguards, integrated AXA Block XXL frame lock (sharing the same key as the battery), and a MIK HD-compatible rear rack rated to 27 kg. Frame and fork carry a 5-year warranty; motor and battery are covered for 2 years.

Bosch Performance Line Gen 4 - 75 Nm

The accessible reference for electrical assistance without a false note. The 4th generation Bosch Performance Line with its 75 Nm of torque offers a smooth and balanced driving experience, designed for those who want to enjoy the electric bike on a daily basis without seeking performance at all costs. Compact and discreet, this engine integrates naturally into the frame and is forgotten while riding — until the moment you need it. The assistance is then there, direct and linear, to support your effort on flat sections as well as on slight urban climbs.

Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh

The main thing, well measured. The Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh is the ideal battery for those who want to benefit from electrical assistance without taking on more than necessary. With 500 Wh of capacity, it comfortably covers everyday journeys and local outings, while maintaining a contained weight which contributes to the liveliness and maneuverability of the bike. Integrated into the frame tube, it preserves the clean lines of the bike and benefits from natural protection against shocks and weather conditions. A simple, reliable and sufficient solution for the vast majority of urban and peri-urban uses.

Bosch Kiox 300

Information, without compromise. The Bosch Kiox 300 is the connected screen that strikes the right balance between readability, compactness and functionality. Mounted on the handlebars, it displays all the essential data of your ride on a clear and readable backlit screen - even in direct sunlight - without cluttering the cockpit. Connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it provides access to software updates, personalization of riding modes and detailed monitoring of your performance. Easy to use, it is aimed at both urban cyclists and demanding hikers who want to keep an eye on their data without complicating their lives.

Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes are the accessible benchmark for all cyclists who want to benefit from Shimano hydraulic reliability without compromising on safety. Powerful, progressive and modular braking, from the first press of the lever. Designed for city bikes, trekking bikes and entry-level mountain bikes, they offer performance well above their price positioning.
