The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Lundi 27 ES 2026 is an electric urban bike designed around the reality of everyday commuting. The low-step aluminium 6061 frame makes it easy to get on and off, whether you're carrying bags or simply in a hurry. The Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh battery sits neatly integrated inside the downtube, keeping the bike looking clean while delivering up to 120 km of assisted range — more than enough to go several days between charges.

The Bosch Active Line Plus motor (50 Nm) provides smooth, natural-feeling assistance that blends into your pedalling rather than overpowering it — exactly what you want in stop-start city traffic. The Bosch Purion 200 display, part of the Smart System ecosystem, mounts centrally on the handlebar and gives you an at-a-glance read of speed, battery level and assist mode.

The Shimano Deore 10-speed groupset — with an 11-36 cassette and Shimano Deore trigger shifter — handles both flat stretches and inclines with ease. Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5×2.40 tyres strike a practical balance between cushioning and rolling efficiency on tarmac. A suspended seatpost (40 mm travel) takes care of the small bumps that a rigid fork would otherwise transmit straight to your back.

Built-in practicality comes in the form of a rear rack compatible with QL3 and MIK HD accessories, and the fork is prepared for an optional front rack. With a maximum load capacity of 150 kg, the Lundi 27 ES is ready to handle shopping runs, work commutes and everything in between.
