Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Mardi 27.2 is an electric city bike designed around the realities of daily commuting. Its Open frame — built from hydroformed and extruded 6061 T4-T6 aluminium with triple-cavity tubes — makes it simple to mount and dismount, whether you're in office clothes or loading up for a shopping run.

Power comes from the Bosch Performance Line motor (Smart System, 75 Nm), which provides responsive assistance at traffic lights, on inclines, and when the bike is carrying extra weight. The Bosch PowerTube 540 Wh battery is fully integrated into the frame for a tidy look and better protection against bumps. The Bosch Purion 200 display gives you a clear overview of your assist level and remaining range without distraction.

The Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal gear hub, paired with a Gates CDX belt drive, keeps things simple: no exposed derailleur to get damaged, no chain to grease, very little maintenance, and the ability to change gears while stationary. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes deliver reliable stopping power in all weather. The SR Suntour XCM32-ATB fork (100 mm travel, lockout function) smooths out the bumps you'll find on any urban route.

Designed, drawn, tested and assembled in the Vosges region of France, the Mardi 27.2 is available in sizes S through XL. The adjustable kickstand, the Selle Royal Essenza+ Moderate Wide saddle, and the solid warranty package round out a bike built to go the distance day after day.
