Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Mardi 27.2 FS is a fully suspended electric city bike built for daily urban commuting. The low-step aluminium frame — cast in a single mould — makes it easy to get on and off, while internal cable routing and an integrated battery keep the lines clean and uncluttered.

The Bosch Performance Line BDU34 motor (75 Nm, Smart System) delivers smooth, responsive assistance whether you're pulling away at traffic lights or climbing a bridge. Power comes from the Bosch PowerTube 540 Wh battery, integrated into the frame, with a manufacturer-stated range of up to 122 km under ideal conditions. Assistance levels are managed via the Bosch Purion 200 controller — straightforward to operate with a gloved hand.

The Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub paired with a Gates CDX belt drive (46-tooth chainring, 30-tooth sprocket) is quiet and low-maintenance in everyday use — no chain to clean, no oil to apply. The Moustache Magic Grip Control 115 rear shock and SR Suntour XCM32-ATB fork (100 mm) take the sting out of cobblestones and kerbs. The EXA 900i dropper seatpost offers 150 mm of travel activated from the handlebar, so you can drop the saddle at an intersection and put both feet flat on the ground without dismounting.

Standard equipment covers everything a commuter needs: AXA NXT 80-lux headlight and rear LED powered by the main battery, AXA Atlas frame lock (shared key with the battery), aluminium rack with QL3 side fittings, double-wall mudguards, bell and adjustable kickstand. Available in S, M and L for riders from 1.55 m to 1.95 m, with a maximum total load of 135 kg.
