The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Mardi 27.4 is an electric urban bike built around real-world commuting needs. The low step-through aluminium 6061 Open frame — with hydroformed triple-cavity tubes — makes mounting and dismounting natural at every stop. The Bosch PowerTube 600 Wh battery sits flush inside the frame, keeping the profile clean and protecting it from knocks.

Assistance comes from the Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor (90 Nm), managed via the Bosch Purion 200 handlebar control. The Gates CDX belt drive paired with the Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub is a proven alternative to a chain: no grease on your trousers, no regular lubrication needed. Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5×2.40 reflective tyres and the SR Suntour XCM32 suspension fork (100 mm) with lockout keep cobblestones and kerbs manageable without slowing you down.

Equipment is comprehensive from the start: AXA NXT 80-lux headlight and rear LED powered by the main battery, MIK HD aluminium rear rack with QL3 side mounts, aluminium mudguards, adjustable kickstand, and an ABUS 4650SL lock sharing the same key as the battery. A suspended seatpost with 40 mm of travel rounds out the comfort package. Four sizes cover riders from 1.49 m to 2.05 m, with a maximum total load of 135 kg.

The Mardi 27.4 comes with a 5-year warranty on frame and fork and a 2-year warranty on the Bosch motor and battery.
