The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Mardi 27.4 is a front-suspension urban e-bike designed for everyday use in real city conditions: rough surfaces, kerbs, luggage. Its open step-through aluminium 6061 frame makes mounting and dismounting effortless — a genuine daily convenience. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery is fully integrated into the frame, keeping the bike balanced and the battery protected.

The Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor (90 Nm) provides smooth, powerful assistance — enough to tackle bridges and urban climbs without effort. The Gates CDX belt drive paired with the Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub requires no lubrication, won't rust, doesn't stain clothing, and can be shifted even when stationary.

Comfort is handled at both ends: the SR Suntour XCM32-ATB fork offers 100 mm of travel with a lockout function for smoother surfaces, while the aluminium suspended seatpost adds 40 mm of rear absorption. Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5×2.40 tyres with reflective sidewalls complete the picture. The AXA NXT 80-lux headlight and rear LED run off the main battery, so you're never caught without lights.

The Mardi 27.4 comes fully kitted: Moustache MIK HD aluminium rear rack, double-wall tubular mudguards, adjustable kickstand, bell, and an ABUS 4650SL lock that shares the same key as the battery. Frame and fork warranty is 5 years, motor and battery 2 years. Available in sizes S through XL (1.49 m to 2.05 m), with a maximum total weight of 135 kg.
