The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Mardi 27.4 FS 2027 is a full-suspension urban electric bike built for commuters who want genuine comfort without sacrificing practicality. The one-piece cast aluminium frame features a low step-over design and internal ribbing for stiffness, making it easy to get on and off — whether you're carrying shopping or wearing work clothes.

A SR Suntour XCM32-ATB suspension fork (100 mm travel) and the Moustache Magic Grip Control 115 air rear shock (115 mm, two-position with dynamic rebound control) handle the roughness of city streets so you arrive relaxed. The Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor (90 Nm, Smart System) provides smooth, responsive assistance managed through the Bosch Purion 200 handlebar remote. The Bosch PowerTube 600 Wh battery sits inside the frame, keeping the centre of gravity low.

Drivetrain duties go to a Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub (263% gear range) paired with a Gates CDX belt drive (46T chainring, 30T sprocket): quiet, clean, and maintenance-free. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes (180 mm front, 160 mm rear) deliver reliable, modulated stopping power in any weather. The EXA 900i dropper seatpost (150 mm, handlebar-actuated) makes it easy to lower the saddle at stops and raise it again when you set off.
