The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Mardi 27.4 FS is a fully suspended urban e-bike built for daily riders who refuse to compromise between comfort and practicality. Its one-piece cast aluminium frame features a low step-over design for easy mounting, and houses the Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery internally for a clean, protected fit. The Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor (90 Nm) delivers smooth, powerful assistance whether you're climbing a hill or setting off at traffic lights with a loaded rack.

Front and rear suspension work together to absorb impacts: the SR Suntour XCM32-ATB fork (100 mm travel) handles what's ahead, while the Moustache Magic Grip Control 115 rear air shock (115 mm, 2-position with dynamic rebound control) takes care of the rest. The Gates CDX belt drive paired with the Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub (263% range) provides silent, low-maintenance transmission — no lubricating, no dropped chain. Everything is managed through the Bosch Purion 200 Smart System remote.

Urban equipment is thorough and well thought out: AXA NXT 80-lux integrated lighting running off the main battery, AXA Atlas frame lock (shared key with the battery), EXA 900i dropper seatpost with remote lever (150 mm travel), aluminium rear rack with QL3 side mounts, double-wall aluminium mudguards and reflective Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5×2.40 tyres. Maximum total load is 135 kg, backed by a 5-year frame and fork warranty and a 2-year motor and battery warranty.

Available in sizes M (1.65–1.85 m) and L (1.80–1.95 m) in green clay metallic, the Mardi 27.4 FS weighs 30.5 kg in size L — consistent with its level of equipment and battery capacity.
