The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Mardi 27.4 FS Suspendu 2027 is a fully suspended electric urban bike built for riders who commute every day and refuse to compromise on comfort, range or practicality. The low-step, one-piece cast aluminium frame makes mounting and dismounting easy even with a loaded rack, and internal cable routing keeps everything tidy and protected from the elements.

At the heart of the bike sits the Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor (90 Nm) paired with a fully integrated Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery — the frame is widened to accommodate this larger battery. The Bosch Purion 200 remote (Smart System) puts assistance-mode control at your thumb. A Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub (263 % gear range) and Gates CDX belt drive keep drivetrain maintenance to virtually zero.

Full suspension means the SR Suntour XCM32-ATB fork (100 mm) with preload and lockout up front, and the Moustache Magic Grip Control 115 air shock (115 mm travel, 2-position with dynamic rebound control) out back. Together they make a real difference on the pot-holed, cobbled streets common in Belgian cities. The suspended aluminium rack (MIK HD platform, QL3 side mounts) limits the vibrations that reach your bags.

Standard equipment includes AXA NXT 80-lux lighting powered by the main battery, an AXA Atlas frame lock sharing the battery key, double-wall aluminium mudguards, an adjustable kickstand, Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5×2.40 reflective tyres and a 660 mm ergonomic handlebar. Maximum total weight is 135 kg. Frame and fork carry a 5-year warranty; motor and battery are covered for 2 years.
