The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Mardi 27.4 OPEN BELT – 625 Wh is an open-frame all-terrain electric bike fitted with a Gates Carbon Belt drive (36-tooth sprocket): clean, quiet and maintenance-free, replacing the traditional chain.

The Bosch Performance Line Gen 4 motor (75 Nm) delivers smooth, linear assistance, controlled via the Bosch Purion 200 display. The frame-integrated Bosch PowerTube 625 Wh battery provides generous range for daily commutes and longer rides alike.

The Shimano Nexus internal hub transmission keeps the mechanism shielded from mud and impacts.
