Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Mardi 27.6 Open Auto is a versatile electric bike built around a low step-through aluminium frame — making it as practical at a red light as it is enjoyable on a gravel path. The hydroformed 6061 aluminium frame with integrated cable routing keeps things clean and robust, while the open geometry means you never have to swing your leg high to get on or off.

Power comes from a Bosch Performance Line motor (250 W, 75 Nm) paired with a Bosch PowerTube 625 Wh battery neatly integrated into the downtube. The battery is removable for home charging. The Bosch Purion 200 display manages your assistance modes (Eco, Tour, Auto, Turbo), navigation and Walk Assist function. Via the Bosch Smart System, your smartphone connects over Bluetooth to access ride data, navigation and the integrated alarm.

The standout feature for city use is the Enviolo Automatiq continuously variable hub combined with a Gates carbon belt drive: no gears to shift, no chain to oil, no derailleur to knock out of alignment. The drivetrain adjusts itself to your speed automatically, so you can focus entirely on the road ahead. Comfort is covered by the SR Suntour Mobie 25 fork (100 mm travel) at the front, and a sprung seatpost that takes the edge off rough surfaces underneath you.

Fully equipped out of the box: aluminium Moustache rear rack with MIK HD platform and QL3 side fixings, double-wall aluminium mudguards, AXA frame lock, adjustable stem and an Essenza+ Moderate Wide saddle. Available in Vert Sapin Brillant (deep forest green), assembled in the Vosges, France.
