The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Moustache Samedi 28.1 Open is an electric city bike designed for daily urban commuting and occasional off-road paths. The open aluminium 6061 frame with a lowered top tube makes mounting and dismounting simple and safe — a genuine quality-of-life feature if you're carrying a bag or prefer not to swing your leg over a high frame.

Power comes from a Bosch PowerPack 500 Wh battery, providing enough range for multiple back-to-back commuting days before you need to plug in. The Bosch Purion display keeps things simple: choose from five assistance levels (Eco, Tour, Sport, Turbo, or Off) and use the walk-assist function whenever you need to push the bike by hand.

The SR Suntour NEX-E25 suspension fork with 63 mm of travel takes the edge off rough surfaces, while Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes deliver consistent and precise braking regardless of weather conditions. The Shimano Altus 9-speed drivetrain with an 11-36 cassette gives you enough range to handle moderate climbs without running out of gear on flat roads.

Available in matte black in sizes S and M, the Samedi 28.1 Open weighs 22.8 kg — solid for a fully equipped electric city bike. The frame and fork carry a 5-year warranty; the motor and battery are covered for 2 years.
