The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Samedi 28.2 is a versatile electric bike built for city commuting and light off-road paths. Its step-through aluminium 6061 frame (triple-cavity hydroformed tubes) makes mounting and dismounting natural and effortless, regardless of what you're wearing or how loaded your bike is. The Bosch PowerTube 540 Wh battery slots neatly inside the frame, keeping the frame's clean lines while protecting the battery from impacts.

The Bosch Performance Line BDU34 motor (Smart System, 75 Nm) provides smooth, responsive assistance whether you're climbing a hill or covering longer distances. It is controlled via the compact Bosch Purion 200 handlebar remote. The manufacturer's stated maximum range is 132 km under ideal conditions.

Comfort is built in at every level: SR Suntour NVX30 suspension fork (80 mm travel), an aluminium suspended seatpost (40 mm travel), and Schwalbe Big Apple 700x50C balloon tyres that absorb road vibrations efficiently. The Shimano CUES 9-speed drivetrain with an 11-36 cassette handles everything from flat urban streets to loaded inclines. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes deliver consistent, modulated stopping power even in wet conditions.

The bike ships fully kitted out: Moustache aluminium rear rack with MIK HD platform and QL3 side mounts, double-wall tubular mudguards, AXA Globe 40-lux headlight and rear LED powered by the main battery, a bell, and an ABUS 4650SL lock that shares the same key as the battery. Available in four sizes (S to XL) to suit riders from 1.49 m to 2.05 m, with a maximum load of 135 kg (GVW).
