Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Samedi 28.2 is an open-frame electric bike built for urban commuting and light off-road use. Its hydroformed triple-cavity 6061 aluminium frame keeps the Bosch PowerTube 540 Wh battery neatly tucked inside the frame, giving the bike a clean profile while maintaining a low centre of gravity. The step-through design makes every stop-and-go moment in the city a little less of a chore.

Power comes from the Bosch Performance Line BDU34 Smart System motor (75 Nm), controlled via the Bosch Purion 200 handlebar remote. The Shimano CUES 9-speed drivetrain (SL-U4000-9R shifter, RD-U3020 derailleur, Sunrace 11-36 cassette) covers a wide gear range for climbs and flat stretches alike. Stopping power is handled by Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotors — dependable in wet conditions.

Comfort is addressed at both ends: the SR Suntour NVX30 fork (80 mm travel) smooths out the front, while a suspended aluminium seatpost (40 mm travel) and Schwalbe Big Apple 700x50C balloon tyres take care of the rear. The bike ships fully equipped with an AXA Globe 40-lux headlight and battery-powered rear LED, a Moustache MIK HD aluminium rear rack with QL3 side fixings, double-wall aluminium mudguards, an adjustable kickstand, a bell, and an ABUS 4650SL lock sharing the same key as the battery.

Available in sizes S through XL (riders 1.49 m to 2.05 m), with a maximum total load of 135 kg. Frame and fork carry a 5-year warranty; motor and battery are covered for 2 years.
