The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Samedi 28.4 OPEN is a versatile electric urban bike built around a low step-through frame, making it easy to mount and dismount whether you're in work clothes, carrying a bag or stopping at every corner. The frame is crafted from 6061 aluminium with hydroformed tubes for stiffness where it matters, while the Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh battery is integrated vertically inside the frame to keep the look clean and the centre of gravity low. In ideal conditions, that translates to up to 125 km of assisted range.

Power comes from a Bosch Performance Line motor (Gen 4, 75 Nm), which provides natural-feeling assist up to 25 km/h — enough to handle inclines without breaking a sweat, yet smooth enough not to feel artificial on flat ground. Gear changes are handled by a Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain with an 11-39 cassette, giving you a wide spread of ratios for both city gradients and longer rides. Hydraulic disc brakes by Shimano deliver consistent, modulated stopping power in all weather.

The SR Suntour NEX-E25 fork (63 mm travel) takes the edge off rough surfaces — cobblestones, kerb edges, gravel tracks — and can be locked out on smooth tarmac to keep things efficient. 28" wheels (700C) with 700x50C tyres strike a practical balance: fast enough on road, stable enough when the surface deteriorates.

Equipment is comprehensive from the box: 30-lux integrated front and rear lighting, an aluminium MIK HD / QL3-compatible rack, double-wall aluminium mudguards and an adjustable kickstand. The Bosch Smart System lets you lock the bike remotely, adjust assistance profiles and — optionally — add a GPS alarm module. Available in three sizes (S, M, L) to fit riders from 1.49 m to 1.90 m tall.

Bosch Performance Line Gen 4 - 75 Nm

The accessible reference for electrical assistance without a false note. The 4th generation Bosch Performance Line with its 75 Nm of torque offers a smooth and balanced driving experience, designed for those who want to enjoy the electric bike on a daily basis without seeking performance at all costs. Compact and discreet, this engine integrates naturally into the frame and is forgotten while riding — until the moment you need it. The assistance is then there, direct and linear, to support your effort on flat sections as well as on slight urban climbs.

Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh

The main thing, well measured. The Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh is the ideal battery for those who want to benefit from electrical assistance without taking on more than necessary. With 500 Wh of capacity, it comfortably covers everyday journeys and local outings, while maintaining a contained weight which contributes to the liveliness and maneuverability of the bike. Integrated into the frame tube, it preserves the clean lines of the bike and benefits from natural protection against shocks and weather conditions. A simple, reliable and sufficient solution for the vast majority of urban and peri-urban uses.

Bosch Purion 200

The main thing, without distraction. The Bosch Purion 200 is the control screen designed for cyclists who want to keep their eyes on the road. Compact and integrated directly into the handlebars, it combines control and display in a single unit — clean, readable and perfectly within reach. Its clear display shows essential information at a glance: assistance level, speed, remaining autonomy and battery status. No frills, no extras — just what you need to ride with confidence. Robust and weather-resistant, it faithfully accompanies every outing, whatever the weather.
