The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Trail 150.4 EQ 750 Wh is a full-suspension electric mountain bike built for riders who want proper trail capability without leaving their commuting needs behind. The 6061 T4-T6 aluminium frame provides 150 mm of rear travel, keeping you in control whether you're picking lines on rocky descents or navigating urban obstacles.

Up front, the RockShox PSYLO Silver RC fork features a Motion Control cartridge with independent low-speed compression and rebound adjustment, plus a full lockout for smooth roads. At the rear, Moustache's own Magic Grip Control 150 shock runs on air with two riding positions and dynamic rebound control that reacts to terrain changes automatically.

Shifting is handled by a Shimano XT / Deore 12-speed drivetrain with a wide-range 10–51T cassette — enough spread to climb anything the motor doesn't take care of on its own. Stopping power comes from Shimano MT420 4-piston hydraulic brakes paired with 203 mm rotors, a reassuring combination on long, wet descents. The Bosch Smart System connects the motor and the Purion 200 display to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth for navigation and ride data.

The EQ version ships with front and rear mudguards, a rear rack, a kickstand, and integrated lighting — practical additions that make this trail bike genuinely versatile. Available in S, M, L and XL. Weight: 26.9 kg with the 750 Wh battery.

Bosch PowerTube 750 Wh

For those who think big. The Bosch PowerTube 750 Wh is the battery for great adventurers - the one you choose when you don't want to worry about autonomy. With 750 Wh of capacity, it offers approximately 20% more autonomy compared to the PowerTube 625, allowing you to rack up kilometers and climbs without ever looking anxiously at the charge indicator. Integrated into the frame tube, it benefits from optimal protection against humidity, dirt and cold, while preserving the clean lines of the bike. Its intelligent battery management system continuously protects cells to ensure long-term durability and reliability.

Shimano, XT, RD-M8100-SGS, 12 vitesses

Shimano XT RD-M8100-SGS rear derailleur, the high-end reference of the Deore XT 12-speed groupset. SHADOW RD+ technology with chain stabiliser reduces chain slap and prevents drops on technical terrain. Long cage (SGS) compatible with cassettes up to 51 teeth for an extended gear range. Robust and precise construction ensures fast, reliable shifting. Ideal for demanding cross-country, trail, enduro MTBs and e-MTBs.
