Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Moustache Xroad 4 2027 is an open-frame all-road and city e-bike built for riders who refuse to choose between urban commuting and weekend trail riding. The hydroformed 6061 aluminium frame cleanly integrates the Bosch PowerTube 600 Wh battery, keeping the bike balanced and the lines clean.

The Bosch Performance Line PX BDU34 motor produces 90 Nm of torque — enough to tackle loaded climbs with ease. Up front, the SR Suntour XCR 34 fork with 120 mm of travel handles trail chatter, while the suspended aluminium seatpost (40 mm) takes care of the rear — a welcome feature on a hardtail. Braking is handled by Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors front and rear, performing reliably in wet or dry conditions.

The Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain (11-43 cassette, 38T Narrow Wide chainring) covers a wide range of terrain. Schwalbe Smart Sam 27.5×2.35 reflective tyres add grip and confidence on mixed surfaces. The package is completed by AXA NXT 80-lux battery-powered lighting, aluminium mudguards, a Moustache MIK HD rear rack and an ABUS 4650SL lock — shared key with the battery.

Available in Oak green metal, sizes S to XL (riders from 1.49 m to 2.05 m), maximum total weight 160 kg.
